This delicious olive oil is made according to a traditional Provencal recipe:
Directly after their harvest, the olives are stored in hermetic containers to lighly ferment before the oil extraction process.
The result is conclusive: a mild and complex oil with a flavour similar to black table olives.
It’s bouquet reveals intense aromas of truffle, mushroom and cocoa.
