The Fruité Vert from Château de Panisse is composed of four notable varieties of olives of the Provence region : Aglandeau, Bouteillan, Salonenque and Verdale.
Extracted from olives harvested at the start of the season and pressed immediatly within 8 to 16 hours, this premium Olive Oil is characterised by an intense bouquet reminiscent of freshly cut herbs and artichokes.
The taste is wellbalanced between soft fruitiness and boldness.
Our oil commences with a subtle, buttery texture, and closes on a pepper y and in vigorating zenith.
